Refund Policy
Our promise
If your portraits don't recognizably look like your cat, we'll re-roll the entire order at no cost. If you're still not satisfied, we issue a full refund — no paperwork, no debate.
How to request
Reply to your delivery email within 14 days. Tell us what's off (wrong markings, wrong color, unrecognizable face). We'll handle it within 24 hours.
Print products
Physical prints are made on demand and only refunded if they arrive damaged or defective. We don't accept returns for change of mind on prints.
